The University of Twente is inviting applications for its 3-year postdoctoral position on dynamic modelling for sustainable energy systems through hydrogen integration.
In this 3-year project, candidates will develop a comprehensive dynamic model for green hydrogen production plants. Through detailed modelling, you will investigate the dynamic operation of these systems, ensuring seamless transitions between different operational states. They will analyze transient behaviors to identify the critical parameters affecting the dynamic performance of both the electrolyzers and the integrated systems. Additionally, they will conduct parametric analyses at multiple levels, including the stack, sub-system, and system levels, to determine the necessary measures to achieve predefined targets. Throughout this process, they will consider all relevant aspects related to dynamic behaviour and optimisation, encompassing emerging technologies and various forms of energy flow, including heat and power, within the model.
Duration: 3 years.
Salary
- A gross salary between € 3.877 and € 5.090 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
