Tasks

  • Carrying out agenda management for professors and planning complex meetings and gatherings;
  • Organizing, preparing and reporting on meetings and monitoring the implementation of agreements made and decisions taken;
  • Post, correspondence and archiving;
  • The administrative processing of declarations;
  • Monitoring and implementing the processes for employees who enter or leave employment;
  • Coordination and organization of meetings or events and contributions to the substantive preparation;
  • Acting as the first point of contact for questions from employees and external parties and answering these questions or referring them as well as handling them adequately and timely.

Salary

  • Starting salary will be between € 2,618.00 and € 3,636.00 gross per month depending on experience;
  • Holiday allowance of 8% of the gross annual salary and a year-end bonus of 8.3%;

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for the admin position on Health Services Research must be meet the following criteria:

  •  at least MBO+ working and thinking level;
  • excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written;
  • experience with MS Office and can you easily learn other (administrative) systems;
  • ability to set priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner;
  • reliable, discreet, flexible and accurate;
  • service-oriented;
  • experience within a dynamic and complex environment such as the university is an advantage;
  • available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday?
