The Department of Marketing and Communication Radboud university call for applications to its International Marketing and Recruitment team.
The International Marketing and Recruitment team is part of the Student Marketing and Recruitment sub-department of the Marketing and Communication Department. With approximately 14 staff members, the goal of Student Marketing and Recruitment is to inform Dutch and international prospective students about the study programs and facilities at Radboud University.
International Marketing and Recruitment aims to advise and inform prospective international students about studying in the Netherlands and further enhance Radboud University’s international reputation.
Duration: 1 year, with a view to a permanent position.
Vacancies
- As Junior International Marketing and Recruitment Assistant candidate will support Radboud marketeer in organising offline and online events for international students, both on and off campus.
- He/she will organise online events such as webinars and virtual presentations, take care of the invitations to these events and the follow-up afterwards and arrange the necessary materials for these events.
- A few times a year, he/she will visit recruitment fairs in Germany and will be expected to give presentations during open days.
In consultation with Radboud online marketeer candidate will be responsible for the promotion of webinars, the German newsletter and the German Google Ad campaigns.- In addition, he/she will maintain the German websites for prospective students.
The candidate will also coordinate the registration of German students for the course ‘Nederlands als Tweede Taal’ and be responsible for the provision of all information to internal and external stakeholders.
Salary
The International Marketing and Recruitment Assistant Job offer the following remuneration:
- gross monthly salary amounts to a minimum of €2,700 and a maximum of €3,606.
- an 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% end-of-year bonus.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates are to meet the following requirements:
- have completed senior secondary vocational education (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO).
- have a degree in the field of event management, marketing or communication is an advantage.
- speak and write English fluently.
- are able to work in a structured manner and enjoy multitasking.
- Be experienced in organising small-scale events for, and delivering presentations to, large groups.
- look presentable, have strong communication skills, and are customer friendly, accurate and also practical.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and Google Ad is an advantage.
